Gnarly Head, with its funky name and labels, can be quite deceptive, as they produce a number of fine wines and at prices seldom in excess of ten dollars per-bottle.
Though we've given them plaudits here in the past for other members of their family of wines, we'd be remiss not to mention the Cabernet, which stands with the best of them.
Always bright, with formidable fruit, it never strains the budget.
