South Africa is a beautiful country, with a spotty tradition in wine production; however, all that is changing. Not only does it currently boast some high-end favorites, but also the occasional bargain red that this blog champions.
One such example is Indaba Mosaic Red. Produced in South Africa's West Cape, it is a blend of several bourdeaux-region grapes, that produces bordeaux-like results, and for a price that fits this blog's epithet, "frugal".
