Mark West Pinot Noir is a pleasant surprise, as too often one must pay dearly to experience a finely rendered Pinot Noir wine. Happily Mark West is the exception to this rule.
It has the clarity and delicacy of a classic Pinot, with strong cherry notes and a clean finish. Yet, it's generally available for less than ten dollars a bottle.
