MacMurray Estate Vineyards produces several nicely refined and balanced Pinot Noir selections. Unfortunately, though the grape is supposedly the most resilient and widespread in use for wine cultivation, it is also in demand and finicky to get just right, rendering prices sometimes exorbitant.
One exception may be the selection from their Central Coast vineyards that is both balanced from nose to finish and can still be bought in a price range that is reasonable.
It's even available locally at one of my favorite purveyors of bargain spirits.
