Coppola Cabernet Sauvignon

Click image for a larger view.

Another fine bottle from the vineyards partly owned and operated under the watchful eye of  Francis Ford Coppola.

All of the Inglenook and Coppola red offerings that I have tasted are rich, deep and savory. But I believe you're more likely to find bargains in the Diamond Collection as opposed to the Director's family, and either beats the high-end, yet delicious, Inglenook varieties.

Now if  taste is what you are after, you can't go wrong here.
And resveratrol notwithstanding, who cares if wine is good for you, as moderate consumption has been enjoyed by generations before our own.

I suppose, even a mobster's reassuring words to his aging father may, on occasion, ring true.
